Blackburn AC are organising a track 10,000 race @ Blackburn on Wednesday 23 July at 7:40PM. The entry guideline is 32:00, with the aim to have a few pacemakers for 30-32 pace. Currently there are a few entries with PB's in the range of 29:xx to 32 so provides a good opportunity to hit the low 30's. If you have any additional questions regarding this event please contact

Scott Edwards stepped down in distance to grab the bronze in the 400m @ the Welsh Under-15 Championships. He achieved a PB of 54.93, showing great promise for the English Schools Championships next month in Gateshead, where he will aim to run the 800m.
